WARRANTY CONDITIONS

1. WARRANTY PERIOD

This product has a total warranty of 12 (twelve) months from the purchase date shown on the invoice.

Start date: From the purchase date on the invoice.

 

2. WARRANTY COVERAGE

The warranty exclusively covers manufacturing defects that present defects in:

       All original parts, pieces, and components of the product

       Manufacturing defects proven by technical analysis

       Malfunction resulting from manufacturing failures

 

Solution: Full refund of the product value after technical analysis confirms a manufacturing defect.

 

IMPORTANT: Products are shipped directly from China. Physical returns are not accepted. Analysis will be conducted remotely through videos, photos, or remote access as instructed by technical support.


3. INSTALLATION AND SETUP

WARNING:

       Installation must strictly follow the Product Manual and/or Installation Guide provided

       Products requiring technical installation must be installed by qualified professionals

       Installation, setup, and labor costs are NOT included in the product price

       Incorrect installation may result in loss of warranty


4. WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS

In case of defect or malfunction:

       Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (Brazil time)

 

Step 2: Follow instructions regarding:

       Recording videos demonstrating the problem

       Providing remote access for technical analysis (when applicable)

 

Step 3: Technical analysis:

       Analysis period: up to 30 (thirty) calendar days

 

Step 4: Refund (if manufacturing defect is confirmed):

       Full refund of the product purchase price

       Refund will be processed to the original payment method

IMPORTANT: Only Quero Automação can examine and validate manufacturing defects during the warranty period. Unauthorized repairs will void this warranty entirely.


5. WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

This warranty DOES NOT cover:

a) Improper use or negligence:

       Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or accidents

       Use in disagreement with the User Manual

       Incorrect installation or installation in unsuitable location

b) External agents:

       Natural phenomena (lightning, floods, landslides, windstorms)

       Variation or overvoltage in electrical network

       Excessive humidity or infiltration

       Chemical, electromagnetic, or animal influence (insects, rodents)

c) Natural wear:

       Natural wear of parts, pieces, and components through use

       Aesthetic deterioration that does not affect functionality

d) Product violation:

       Violated, tampered, or broken seal product

       Serial number altered, scratched, or removed

       Repair by unauthorized technician

e) Unauthorized modifications:

       Hardware or software alterations

       Installation of non-original components

f) Digital security:

       Fraud, intrusions, hackers, or sabotage attempts

       Loss of data or stored information

       Viruses or malware


6. CONSUMER RESPONSIBILITIES

       Data protection: Back up all data regularly. Warranty DOES NOT cover data loss

       Digital security: Keep software updated and network protections active against intrusions

       Conservation: Keep the invoice and original packaging throughout the warranty period

       Documentation: Provide photos or videos of the defect when requested by support


7. LIMITATIONS AND DISCLAIMERS

Quero Automação is NOT responsible for:

       Product installation

       Fraud or sabotage attempts

       Intrusions or cyber attacks

       Damage caused by third parties

       Lost profits or indirect damages

       Incompatibility with non-certified third-party devices

 

Electronic equipment: By their nature, electronic and connected equipment are not immune to fraud, bypass, or interference that may affect their operation. The consumer must adopt appropriate security measures.


8. TOTAL WARRANTY LOSS

The warranty will be completely voided in the following situations:

       Defect caused by the consumer or third parties (not manufacturing)

       Use in disagreement with the manual or technical specifications

       Violated product or with broken seals

       Altered serial number

       Repair by unauthorized technical assistance

       Exposure to extreme conditions not specified in specifications

       Damage by external agents (as per item 5b)


9. CHANGES AND UPDATES

Quero Automação reserves the right to:

       Change general, technical, and aesthetic characteristics of products without prior notice

       Update these Warranty Terms according to current legislation

       Discontinue models or product lines


10. GENERAL PROVISIONS

       Validity: These Warranty Terms are valid in conjunction with the purchase invoice, being an integral part of it

       Images: All images in manuals (online or printed) are merely illustrative

       Certification: The manufacturing process of this product is not covered by ISO 14001 requirements

       Origin: China (imported product)
