Why do you use Tuya devices? Will all information go to their cloud?

We choose Tuya for their extensive device range - energy meters, switches, cameras, sensors - and customization capabilities. This lets us offer high-performance systems at competitive prices. Tuya Zigbee devices work locally without internet access, but require cloud access for setup and advanced features. For total local control, our Zigbee devices are compatible with Zigbee2MQTT, an open-source application widely used with Home Assistant. Is it compatible with Matter? Can I use Apple Home, Google Home, SmartThings or Alexa?

Yes! A Matter bridge gives you the best of both worlds - full customization through our system (scenes, 2-way control, advanced settings) while exporting to your preferred Matter ecosystem for basic control.

Do I need to use the Tuya App?

You can use Tuya, Smart Life, or our custom Quero Automação App. Our app allow to change the device icons, better translations, and no ads. Download the App on the product page.

Why Zigbee and Bluetooth instead of Z-Wave, Thread or Wi-Fi?

While Thread has IPv6 routing and Z-Wave offers sub-GHz frequency, Zigbee and Bluetooth provide the widest device selection. Wi-Fi 4 chips consume too much power for IoT - we only use Wi-Fi for high-bandwidth devices like cameras.

We ship directly from our Huizhou, China warehouse using express carriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc) for speed and security. As a distribution company, we recommend bulk orders to qualify for free shipping and discounts.
